About the role
As the Contract Specialist, you will work as a contract support analyst to a US Army government project office.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and coordination of Contracts Requirements Packages (CRP)
- Assist senior management with contracting strategy development
- Work with the customer through numerous contracting activities in parallel in a dynamic environment
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a financial field is required
Qualifications
- 3 to 10 years of applicable contracting-type experience through DoD programs desired
- Independent thinker and self‑starter
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to multi‑task and support varied assignments
- Good communication skills
- Positive and friendly demeanor
- Must possess a Secret security clearance
