About the role
This position is responsible for administrative tasks related to the contract management function within the organization, including new job setups and data entry.
Responsibilities
- Receives, processes, updates, and maintains job or project-related data from customers under service agreements, including retrieving information and attachments from customer portals.
- Creates and issues internal sales orders to the field using the company’s internal tracking systems and programs.
- Reviews all new job intakes to meet quality assurance guidelines and adjusts workflows based on changing customer and internal requirements.
- Accurately retrieves, reviews, and inputs data from various customer sites into internal databases and spreadsheets.
- Verifies accuracy of new job intake before inputting to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Facilitates accurate and timely setup of new jobs per established processes.
- Manages and maintains digital records across filing systems.
- Communicates with customer contacts and individuals across multiple departments and levels of the company.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience with utility project administration is preferred.
- Proficient PDF editing and data entry skills, as well as intermediate use of word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, and cloud-based software.
- Working knowledge of Google suite of applications and SAP is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal guidance.

Work Environment / Physical Demands
- Must be able to work in the office 40 hours a week.
- Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking.

- Frequent use of sight (specifically, close vision for computer work), hearing, and voice.
- Use of hands, arms, and fingers to perform routine and repetitive tasks.
- Occasional light to moderate lifting (up to 30 lbs).
Pay
The wage range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.
