Contract Specialist (½ time position)
Roles And Responsibilities
- Affords program offices with the establishment of service and support agreements with other DoD or federal organizations, to include federally funded research and development centers.
- Service and support agreements shall include Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Memorandums of Agreements (MOA), Interagency Agreements (IAA), System Interface Agreements (SIA), and Interconnectivity Security Agreements (ISA), Service Level Agreements (SLA) and associated certification and accreditation documents.
- Aid DCSA in the information gathering and preparation of service and support agreements and tracking/managing of established projects.
- Aid the Government in tracking and managing of established agreements.
- Update and track the processing and completion of service and support agreements.
- Complete, and update draft agreements based on approved templates and information provided by the program POC and/or external mission partners.
- Establish procedures and techniques for analyzing and evaluating performance against standards and developing/validating data sources.
- Periodically review support arrangements between the support integrators and support providers to ensure the arrangements are consistent with the overall support agreement and report their findings to the government program / agreement manager.
Education Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience with Bachelors or Masters degree.
