About the role

The Opportunity with McKinstry at McKinstry is seeking a Contract Sourcing Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team. This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by identifying and engaging top talent to support their growing business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent using a variety of channels including networking, referrals, social media, job boards, talent communities, and industry events.
  • Conduct talent market research and build talent maps using advanced search techniques and tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights.
  • Generate and maintain passive candidate pipelines and nurture long-term relationships to build interest in future McKinstry opportunities.
  • Support recruitment marketing campaigns, job advertisement strategies, and targeted outreach efforts in partnership with recruiters and the Employer Brand team.
  • Continuously optimize sourcing processes, bringing recommendations on how to leverage ATS and CRM systems (Jobvite preferred) for greater efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, lead generation, or a related field like sales or marketing.
  • Deep expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to attract, engage, and manage passive talent.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools—Jobvite experience is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of labor market dynamics and talent pools, especially in emerging and niche markets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across diverse teams and candidate populations.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen—you're able to connect sourcing strategies to larger business goals.
  • A self-starter mindset, with excellent project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00 per hour; however, pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
