Contract Signer

About the Role

D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the U.S., is seeking a Contract Signer for their Financial Services Title Department. The role involves meeting and greeting homebuyers during closing to facilitate the signature and notary process.

Responsibilities

• Review all closing documents to ensure they are signed and notarized correctly
• Prepare a copy of all closing documents for homebuyers to keep as their records
• Give homebuyers a warranty booklet
• Issue keys to the homebuyer once approved by the Escrow Officer

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school
• Three to six months of related experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
