Job Summary

EMCOR Services Betlem is seeking a Contract Sales Specialist to estimate and propose facilities and commercial HVAC&R service agreements. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of general sales experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of the industry and products and services provided through formal training and mentoring.
  • Develop skills to estimate, price, and sell service and preventive maintenance contracts for commercial facilities and systems.
  • Grow service and project base in the CNY region through networking, referrals, industry organizations, marketing, and energy offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to bid service agreements and design-build projects in CNY.
  • Appraise and inventory mechanical systems and equipment to determine maintenance needs and requirements.
  • Identify, target, and qualify new customers to increase service customer base.
  • Use financial selling skills to show potential customers the value and benefit of EMCOR’s maintenance contracts.
  • Follow-up on all territory leads and track time, dates, contact, and decision maker names and conversations involving such leads.
  • Prepare and present proposals to new and existing prospects and maintain follow-up process.
  • Maintain a customer database for strong customer relations.
  • Complete required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Comply with corporate policy on safety, work ethics, and time constraints.
