About the role
Brightway is seeking an experienced, proactive Contract Sales Recruiter to focus on hiring Insurance Sales Producers across multiple markets. This role is essential to driving Brightway's growth and requires someone who excels in high-volume recruiting, strategic sourcing, and building strong candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Insurance Sales Producer openings across Brightway’s Agency network.
- Execute high-volume sourcing, time-sensitive strategies to generate a steady flow of qualified candidates, including passive talent.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess sales aptitude, communication skills, motivation, and licensing status.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with Agency Owners and internal stakeholders to understand target profiles and refine recruiting strategies.
- Post jobs, manage inbound applicants, and leverage multiple sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, social platforms).
- Maintain accurate, organized data within Brightway’s ATS and recruiting dashboards.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics such as pipeline volume, time-to-fill, and candidate conversions.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with Brightway’s service-driven culture.
- Represent and promote the Brightway brand to prospective candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, in sales, or high-volume recruiting roles.
- Insurance experience is a plus.
- Proven success sourcing and engaging candidates at scale.
- Strong familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, resume databases, and social media.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results quickly.
- Experience hiring licensed insurance professionals is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting Sales Producers or other commission-based positions.
- Background working with agency owners or decentralized hiring models.
