Responsibilities
- Manage patient care in the Stepdown unit
- Maintain appropriate patient ratios (1:4-5 day, 1:5-6 night)
- Work every other weekend
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care
- An active Illinois nursing license
- EPIC proficiency
- BLS/ACLS certifications from AHA or Red Cross
- A driver’s license and professional references within the last 24 months preferred
