Responsibilities
- Deliver care in the Stepdown unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
- Maintain appropriate patient ratios (1:4-5 day, 1:5-6 night)
- Work every other weekend as part of your schedule
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care
- An active Illinois nursing license
- EPIC proficiency
- BLS/ACLS certifications from AHA or Red Cross
- Driver's license and professional references preferred
