Contract Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse - Stepdown Seeking an experienced Stepdown RN to join a dynamic healthcare team in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care in the Stepdown unit, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes, and utilizing EPIC EMR for documentation. The role requires maintaining patient ratios of 1:4-5 during day shifts and 1:5-6 at night, working every other weekend. Qualifications include at least 2 years of experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care, an active Illinois nursing license, and EPIC proficiency. Necessary certifications are BLS and ACLS from AHA or Red Cross, along with a valid driver’s license. Ideal candidates will have professional references from the past 24 months.
