About the role
Seeking an experienced Stepdown RN to join a dynamic healthcare team in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Stepdown unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:4–5 during day shifts and 1:5–6 at night
- Work every other weekend
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care
- Active Illinois nursing license
- EPIC proficiency
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or Red Cross
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional references from the past 24 months
