About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Traveling Regional Nurse Consultant. This position supports long‑term care communities across multiple Midwestern states, including Missouri and Iowa. The role is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in PointClickCare (PCC) and a background in leadership positions such as Director of Nursing or Nurse Consultant. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of our communities by providing regulatory, compliance, education, auditing, and training support while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Pay
$43.26‑$50.48 per hour (plus travel), based on experience.
Schedule
Monday – Friday with flexibility based on community needs.
Requirements
- Active Missouri or Compact RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
- Previous experience as an LTC Director of Nursing or LTC Regional Nurse Consultant.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, education, leadership, auditing, and training in long‑term care settings.
- A passion for working with the elderly.
