[Contract] Recruiter - Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Recruiter to join our team and support our Manufacturing and Power Infrastructure functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
• Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations
• Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a variety of roles across manufacturing in a high volume setting
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 5+ hires per month)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Data-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Benefits

Compensation will be paid in the hourly range of $50 - $60. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
