Contract Quality & Audit Specialist
About the role
with paragraph. - Responsibilities: The duties list: "Duties include examining, evaluating, and monitoring records..." plus Essential Job Functions (EJF 1-4). So we can createResponsibilities
with- items.
- Requirements: Qualifications: "Initial Selection Qualifications" includes education, experience, etc. Also "Preferred Qualifications", "Registration Or Licensure Requirements". So we can combine into Requirements section.
- Skills: Knowledge Skills Abilities section. Could be separate
Skills
with list. - Benefits: "Our comprehensive benefits package includes 100% paid employee health insurance for full-time eligible employees, a defined benefit pension plan, generous time off benefits, numerous opportunities for career advancement and more." Also mention "Explore more details on the Benefits of Working at HHS webpage." So we have benefits content. - Pay: "Salary Range: $5,098.66 - $7,245.00" and "Pay Frequency: Monthly". Also "Salary Group: TEXAS-B-23". So we have pay info. - Schedule: "Shift: Day Additional Shift Telework: Eligible for Telework Travel: Up to 10% Regular/Temporary: Regular Full Time/Part Time: Full time FLSA Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt". So schedule includes shift, telework eligibility, travel %, full-time, exempt. We must not include headings with filler like "not specified". All sections have content. We must not include duplicated lines, boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove those: The posting includes many boilerplate like "Review our Tips for Success", "Active Duty, Military...", "ADA Accommodations", "Pre-Employment Checks", "Telework Disclaimer", "Nearest Major Market: Austin". Those should be removed. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep the essential details: description, duties, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. We need to format as HTML fragment only, no or . Usefor section headings. Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. We need to decide what to put in lists vs paragraphs. For About the role: a paragraph summarizing the agency and role. For Responsibilities: list of duties. Could combine the general duties and EJFs. For Requirements: list of qualifications (education, experience, certifications, licensure). Could be list. For Skills: list of knowledge, skills, abilities. For Benefits: list of benefits items. For Pay: maybe a paragraph with salary range and frequency. For Schedule: list of shift, telework eligibility, travel %, full-time, exempt. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading "Program Specialist VI". Good. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can drop them. We must not include "Closing Date: 09/25/2026" maybe? That's metadata; could be dropped as minor metadata. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we could drop closing date entirely or put in a short p. Probably drop it. We must not include "Posting Number: 21352". Drop. We must not include "Location: AUSTIN, TX" maybe we can keep location in About the role paragraph? It's substantive? Might be considered metadata but location is relevant. Could include in About the role paragraph. We must not include "Facility Location: Job Location City: AUSTIN Job Location Address: 701 W 51ST ST". Could drop or include in About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information; location is substantive? Probably yes. We'll include location in About the role paragraph. Now craft HTML. Let's draft:
