Contract QA-Auditor-EHS

Responsibilities

• Follow the training plan to reach assessor status and then Lead Assessor status.
• Participate in additional training based on future business needs.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned clients based on location and qualifications.
• Contact clients and schedule visits, plan assessments, make travel plans, conduct assessments, and report results.
• Maintain client accounts by ensuring proper handling of records, visit cycles, invoicing, and other matters.
• Lead teams and mentor/coach new or inexperienced colleagues as needed.

Requirements

• Third party audit experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, RC14001 and RCMS.

• Ensure business is conducted ethically.
• Have a commercial focus, understanding customers' needs, and adding value.
• Hold a college degree AA or higher (or equivalent certification/work experience).
• Generic knowledge of management system auditing practices.
• Knowledge of general office practices, information systems, documentation systems, and technology including computers.
• Knowledge of the specific products and processes and organizational structure of the client.
• Knowledge of the outcomes of prior audit activities of the client.
• Knowledge of competences of the audit team members for the client.
