Auditor - QA

Responsibilities
- Auditing: Includes auditing of detailed and standard prep orders. Activities include scanning of products and ensuring compliance, visual checks of units, labels, cartons, pallet requirements, and other required compliance checks.
- Training & Process Support: Assist in training new auditors and perform other duties assigned as needed in QA. Interact with management and floor supervision on errors and process improvements. Report audits and validate processes.
- BIN Maintenance: Identify and remove expired materials from picking bins (loose and full case), and process/block materials.
- QC Sampling & Customer Complaints: Inspect various products for quality defects reported internally or by the field through customer service.
- Productivity: Meet LMS (Labor Management System) productivity standards, use proper tasks for each assignment, and avoid downtime (gap time).

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work independently with a strong aptitude for detail and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with finished goods.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office (Excel data entry).
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be able to travel to local L’Oréal warehouses for audits or inspections.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support or sponsorship is offered for this role.
- Being present onsite five days a week is considered an essential function of this position.
