About the job

Support Property Managers with the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of 18-24 commercial properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, and customer service.
Process accounts payable activities, including invoice coding, approval routing, check requests, tenant bill-backs, and expense reporting.
Manage work order activity by creating, tracking, and maintaining maintenance requests while preparing monthly status reports.
Cooky management contracts, bid proposals, purchase orders, certificates of insurance, and compliance documentation.
Maintain property records and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to support operational and budgeting activities.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, tracking service requests, processing staff hours, and coordinating special projects.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Property management experience preferred
  • Accounts Payable experience required
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Yardi experience strongly preferred and Nexus experience is a plus

Qualifications

Open-ended contract position following a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite, 1 day remote. Each day typically starts between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. While under contract, compensation is up to $32.00/hour depending on experience.

Pay

Up to $32.00/hour depending on experience.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite, 1 day remote. Each day typically starts between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM.
