Contract Project Manager- Philly up to $62/hour!
About the role
A hands-on project management professional with 5+ years of experience within construction, commercial real estate, facilities, property operations, or a related environment is needed to support a portfolio of capital improvement, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage capital improvement and facility-related projects from planning and design through construction and closeout
- Develop and oversee project scopes, budgets, schedules, and implementation plans
- Cookordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery
- Review design drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Support bid processes, RFPs, contract administration, purchase orders, and change orders
- Maintain project documentation and support quality and safety initiatives throughout project execution
- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and potential risks
- Coordinate permitting, inspections, and compliance requirements
- Assist with management of grant-funded capital projects and associated reporting requirements
- Provide project updates and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management, excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail, PMP certification is a plus, Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
