Contract Manager – NCCM and NPCM
About the role
Manage contracts related to public procurement processes and regulations, with a focus on technology-related contracting, particularly in Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES). Support or manage the full acquisition lifecycle, including solicitation development, contract management, and vendor evaluation. Conduct market research and perform cost analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage contracts for public procurement processes and regulations, with a focus on technology-related contracting, particularly in Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES).
- Support or manage the full acquisition lifecycle, including solicitation development, contract management, and vendor evaluation.
- Conduct market research and perform cost analysis as part of contract management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant public procurement processes and regulations.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience with public procurement processes and regulations.
- At least 7 years of experience with technology-related contracting, preferably in Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES).
- At least 7 years of experience supporting or managing the full acquisition lifecycle, including solicitation development, contract management, and vendor evaluation.
- At least 7 years of experience with contract management tools and procurement software.
- At least 7 years of experience in market research and cost analysis.
- NCCM - North Carolina Contract Manager Certification required.
- CPCM - Certified Professional Contracts Manager Certification required.
Qualifications
Must have a strong understanding of public procurement processes and regulations, technology-related contracting, and the full acquisition lifecycle. Proficiency in contract management tools and procurement software is essential. Experience in market research and cost analysis is also required.
