About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in their designated territory, managing relationships with key accounts, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Manage and grow key customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time

Qualifications

  • Experience in TAVI or Ortho products is preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare market dynamics
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
