Contract Manager

Position Summary

Dematic has an immediate need for a Contract Manager to support the continual growth of Dematic’s North American project business. This position is responsible for partnering closely with the project management team to support risk mitigation for the business and ensure enforcement of contractual rights when vital.

Tasks and Qualifications

• Provide end-to-end contract interpretation support for various sizes of Dematic projects, often simultaneously
• Respond promptly and accurately with minimal direction to business requests for advice related to sophisticated contracts and escalate to legal team and others where required
• Prepare analysis to identify key terms, comparisons to our standard agreements and recommend strategy to business as needed
• Develop and maintain templates, standard operating procedures for contracting processes and monitor associated metrics
• Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and processes impacting the legal and project management teams
