About the role

Latitude is seeking an experienced Contract Management Professional, Contracts Paralegal, or junior Contracts Attorney to oversee and manage the commercial contracts process for the legal department of a well-loved Minnesota brand. This is a full-time interim engagement expected to last approximately 3–4 months, with the potential to convert to a permanent position. The role is hybrid and based in the Minneapolis area.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with attorneys and business stakeholders to draft, review, manage, and administer a high volume of commercial agreements
  • Help ensure an efficient and organized contracting process

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience as a contracts paralegal, contract administrator, legal operations professional, or in a similar contracts support role
  • Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems/tools; experience with HighQ is a plus
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Advanced computer and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and cross-functional business teams
  • Experience supporting legal operations or contract administration functions is preferred
  • Paralegal education or certification or equivalent legal training; junior attorneys with significant contract management experience are also encouraged to apply

Pay

The annualized pay for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
