Contract Logistics 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate - Jupiter, Florida

Responsibilities
- Data entry, compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered
- Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management
- Examines records such as manifests, invoices, bills of lading and related documents and correspondence and resolves process inefficiencies
- Confers with warehouse or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments
- Investigates overdue and damaged shipments or shortages in shipments for customers and/or common carriers
- Analyzes complaints concerning services rendered. Refer complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation, updating customers on a timely basis
- Records and retains meeting minutes

Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School Degree or Equivalent
- A minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in customer service or quality assurance
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required
- Experience with SAP or any Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is highly desired
- Exercises initiative in following up on pending issues and action items
- Ability to effectively solve problems
- Must be a US Citizen
Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic warehouse operations
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers or other heavy material handling equipment
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Pay
Compensation will be provided weekly at a rate of $19.50 per hour.
Schedule
You will work on Sunday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM and Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to midnight.
