Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Analyst

About the role

This role supports and optimizes contract lifecycle management processes and technologies, partnering with business stakeholders to drive improvements in contract data migration, template rationalization, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Partners with business stakeholders to drive improvements in contract data migration, template rationalization, and workflow automation.
• Maintains system configurations, supports integrations, and resolves technical issues.
• Enhances contract processes, manages system health, and ensures strong end-user adoption through training and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) experience including Contract Data Migration, Template Rationalization, Contract Processes, and CLM Technologies.
• Experience implementing contract lifecycle management solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, Visio.
