This is a project-based, ongoing independent contractor position offering autonomy to select projects aligned with your expertise, manage your own schedule, and focus on delivering impactful legal work without the constraints of a conventional firm structure.
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the applicable Bar Association in Argentina.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and redline a variety of commercial agreements.
- Advise clients on contract terms, risk exposure, and negotiation strategies.
- Deliver precise, high-quality legal work with efficient turnaround times.

Requirements
- Licensed abogado/abogada in Argentina, in good standing with the applicable Bar Association.
- 5+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts.
- Experience at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a technology company.
- Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance.
Schedule
This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Argentina. You will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule.
