Contract Healthcare Recruiter
LaSalle Network is partnering with a healthcare-leading company known for growth in their central region to find a Contract Recruiter. This role supports their expanding healthcare team, focusing on high-volume recruiting for clinical and pharmacy roles in a dynamic, remote environment.
About the role
This fully remote contract position offers the opportunity to develop full-cycle recruiting skills while managing a high volume of requisitions in a collaborative, growth-oriented setting.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and coordinate recruitment efforts
- Source candidates through ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other channels
- Screen applicants, review resumes, and set up interview schedules
- Conduct phone screens and facilitate interview processes in partnership with hiring managers
- Extend offers to candidates and discuss benefits, passing off successful hires for onboarding
- Manage a high volume of reqs, typically 20-25 at a time, in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate candidate records and updates in Workday ATS
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the healthcare space (3-5 years of experience)
- Ability to handle a large requisition load efficiently and effectively
- Adaptable, moldable, and open to refining recruiting methods
Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday and agency recruiting background
Pay
$30 - $40 per hour
