Contract Healthcare Recruiter

We are partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization known for a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment supporting frontline and direct-care hiring. This hybrid opportunity in Chicago, Illinois is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and enjoys helping teams attract and onboard frontline talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for frontline and direct-care positions
• Review applications and conduct candidate screening interviews
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and operational leaders to support hiring goals
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and applicant tracking records
• Support onboarding coordination and compliance-related hiring requirements
• Monitor candidate pipelines and hiring metrics
• Support compliance-heavy hiring processes and documentation

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of recruiting experience
• High-volume recruiting experience across clinical and non-clinical roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology
• Healthcare, behavioral health, social services, nonprofit, or staffing industry experience (preferred)

Pay

$30 - $40 hourly
