What You'll Do
- Lead comprehensive grant and contract management, including budget development, fiscal planning, forecasting, and financial oversight.
- Direct the day-to-day management of operations for complex sponsored programs and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that support program growth, sustainability, and long-term success.
- Monitor grant and contract performance, ensuring compliance, accountability, and achievement of key objectives.
- Parenthetical with leadership, investigators, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for program development and revenue enhancement.
- Drive marketing and outreach efforts that elevate program visibility and expand funding opportunities.
- Analyze financial and operational data to support informed decision-making and optimize program outcomes.
- Supervise other staff members.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or closely-related field.
- 60 months experience in business management, administration, accounting, finance, operations management or closely related area.
- 24 months of the required experience must be directly related to coordinating/managing sponsored grants or contracts.
Department Preferences
- Advanced experience with Excel.
- Experience in PeopleSoft and eCRT/ECC effort tracking system.
