Job Summary

Position Type: Contract
Anticipated Duration: 9 months (March 2025 - December 2025)
Location: Midwest (25% onsite, 75% remote)

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and optimization of the Patient Access module.
• Collaborate with patient services teams to ensure workflows align with operational needs.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide go-live support.
• Assist with post-implementation optimization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare IT.
• Epic Patient Access certification required.
• Experience with system configuration and workflow optimization.
