Contract Epic Clinical and Revenue Cycle Operational Readiness Lead - Ambulatory

Responsibilities

• Lead the readiness and change management activities for clinical and revenue cycle operations.
• Work with operational leaders to assess departmental readiness for the transition to Epic.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for staff and departments.
• Cook up readiness activities, including training, communication, and system testing.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and mitigate any gaps in readiness or potential risks.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement for operational workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management and readiness activities for healthcare systems.
• Experience leading readiness activities in an ambulatory Epic installation is required.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and revenue cycle management within healthcare.
• Prominent track record in managing organizational change and transitions for large-scale IT projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
