We are working with a major international law firm to find a corporate immigration attorney with strong H-1B experience for a long-term contract assignment extending into 2027 and potentially beyond.

About the role

• Long-term contract assignment with a major international law firm
• Focus on corporate immigration, particularly H-1B cases
• Position expected to continue into 2027 and possibly longer

Requirements

• 2+ years of current corporate immigration experience
• Experience with complex writing and drafting Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
