About the role

Excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast‑practice focusing on EB‑1A, EB‑1B, NIW and O‑1 cases. The position is hybrid‑based in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume, writing‑intensive immigration cases (EB‑1A, EB‑1B, NIW, O‑1).
• Translate highly technical subject matter into clear, persuasive legal arguments.
• Overcome government challenges and respond to RFEs.
• Develop client‑facing, complex legal strategies.
• Collaborate across teams and foster deep team engagement and motivation.

Requirements

• JD or LLM.
• Admission to a U.S. State Bar.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Experience with non‑immigrant visa categories, especially EB‑1A, EB‑1B, NIW and O‑1 petitions.
• Proven track record responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
