City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Contract Compliance Supervisor to lead our nightly cleaning operations across San Diego County. SCHEDULE Monday - Friday; on-call on weekends 4:00 pm - 12:30 amFull-time, exemptSalary: $70,304 - $75,000 Essential Functions Supervise and coordinate our night shift Quality Assurance Officers (Contract Compliance Officers or CCOs) each night, making sure every client's janitorial scope of work is completed efficiently and to the highest standardPerform quality control inspections across facilities to confirm cleaning tasks meet or exceed company and client expectationsTrain, develop, and mentor staff, and make sure everyone follows safety protocols and operational proceduresMonitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as neededAddress and resolve client issues or concerns quickly and professionallyKeep work on schedule, and resolve delays or challenges as they come upMaintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and supply usageEnforce safety standards to protect clients, independent contractors, and the facilityReport maintenance issues or hazards to the right departmentSupport the hiring process and help keep staffing levels where they need to beDrive a company vehicle between sitesCommunicate clearly with Spanish-speaking staff, independent contractors, and clientsUse Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) for scheduling, reporting, and communication Additional Responsibilities Negotiate contracts with Independent Contractors (ICs), ensuring satisfaction of all stakeholdersPromote the sales of, procure and monitor supplies for clients and ICs in alignment with company standardsEffectively communicate all client issues with contractors; promptly address any client issues or problems that ariseUse City Wide's CRM to perform client inspections. Develop and implement a plan with the Directors of Operations (DOOs) , Facility Solutions Managers (FSMs), and CCOs to resolve any client complaints or deficiencies in service and actively monitor complianceBe present and participate in quarterly contractor events and operational meetingsMaintain updated route sheets, key/alarm sheets, and general account information. Analyze reports from CCOs and manage accounts, ICs and CCOs accordingly Requirements 5+ years of management experienceFluency in Spanish and English (Bi-lingual) Strong leadership skills and a commitment to the highest cleanliness and safety standardsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)A clean driving recordAn energetic, hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to the job The company has reviewed this job description to ensure that essential functions and basic duties have been included.
