Contract Case Processing Manager (Remote - Texas)

Responsibilities

• Aid in client onboarding and work to continue to increase the level of care our clients are provided during the life of their cases.
• Assist in client communications to ensure clients are provided a seamless process.
• Work closely with management to determine the anticipated value of client claims.
• Help resolve filed cases and communicate closely with clients throughout the process.
• Update reports that reflect overall performance and regularly report the team’s performance to management.
• Resolve client issues in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments for our investigators.
• Accept inbound calls and place outbound calls.
• Obtain signed retainers via email or text after determining we are able to help the client.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required; college preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Used to adapting in an ever-changing environment and handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent oral communication with an outgoing personality.
• Able to multitask and learn quickly.
• Must thrive in a team environment.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to type at least 50 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail.

Pay

Starts at $18.00–$20.00 hourly.

Schedule

Full-time.
