Contracts Manager (Remote)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Contracts Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will support the management of complex proposals and contracts within a highly regulated government contracting environment. The position plays a key part in ensuring contractual compliance, supporting negotiations, and helping the organization execute agreements that align with procurement requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and serve as a trusted contracts resource on both internal and external communications.

Position details

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage complex proposals and contracts
• Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations
• Review contractual documents for adherence to procurement guidelines
• Advise on contractual requirements and represent the contracts organization
• Collaborate with teams to support negotiations and execute agreements
• Prepare reports for internal and external communication
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on contractual obligations

Qualifications

• University degree with 8 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience in a related field
• Proficiency in government contracting, specifically FAR 12 and FAR 15 regulations
• Experience with contract formation, including NDAs, MOUs, and MOAs
• Experience conducting proposal compliance reviews and contract negotiations
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
