Contract Architects Needed — Job Captain & Senior Project Architect

About the role

As a Project Architect at BG Architecture & Design, you will be responsible for managing design projects from conception through completion. You will collaborate with clients, team members, and other professionals to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs while adhering to design standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and goals
• Develop and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Prepare construction documents and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure project success
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional architecture experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
• Experience with sustainable design principles
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
