Contract Analyst I

This role supports contract owners by assisting them throughout the contract process and serving as a liaison between internal teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support contract owners throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between various internal teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with invoice and PO-related issues.
• Work within SAP and Ariba.
• Support the Strata/Stratus team, including NDA management (immediate need on this side; prior Ariba experience is a plus).
• Requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different personalities and multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required (necessary for career progression within the organization).
• Experience with Ariba is preferred.
• Oil & gas industry experience is not required.
• No specific company size background requirements.

Location

Greenway location preferred.

Training

Approximately 1 month of training provided.

Interview Process

• One-step, 30-minute in-person interview at the Greenway office.
• Interview panel will include Missy Bailey, Jelaine (Missy’s manager), and potentially a third interviewer.
• Schedule: Interviews for the morning of September 2; offer to be extended following interviews.
• Target start date: September 25.
