Working Conditions

Hybrid: This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule and requires reporting in-person at headquarters in Sacramento up to 4 times a week.

Statement of Qualifications Required

  • Describe your level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook and give examples of how you have used such documents and programs in a work environment.

  • Describe your institutional knowledge of procuring goods and services. Include your level of expertise with FI$Cal, California State Contract Manual, California Contract Laws, procurement standard forms (STDs), LPA’s and Cal-Card, or your experience with other procurement systems.

  • Provide a detailed example of your experience with contracting. Explain your role, how you ensured compliance with policies or regulations, and how you managed timelines, documentation, or stakeholder communication throughout the process.
