Contract Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform day-to-day contract administration duties, including:
- Contract setup, amendment and modifications
- Stakeholder communications as related to contract set up
- Audit response
- Contract accuracy audits
- Review and process ServiceNow tickets related to contract and job setup/maintenance
- Conduct timely reviews and setup of contracts and contract amendments
- Verify contract information within the Contract Management System (CMS) to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Set up billing plans in ERP systems upon receipt of approved contracts
- Review initial invoices for accuracy and ensure proper processing within ERP systems
- Assist in compiling billing documentation and support quarterly audit activities
- Facilitate required ServiceNow forms for job setup and ongoing maintenance
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency in addressing internal and external customer needs
- Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
- Education key stakeholders of process changes and updates
- Peer training as required
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, accounting, and/or contract administration
- Strong process orientation and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and support peers as needed
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
