Contract Administrator/Office Manager

Salary/Pay Rate: $95,000 - $110,000 per year (Based on experience)
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Primarily Office-Based, Occasional Remote)
Job/Employment Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Project Scope: Commercial and Industrial General Construction

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience specializing in construction contract administration.
• Deep understanding of construction insurance including General Liability, Umbrella, Workers' Compensation, and Builders Risk.
• Expert knowledge of Nevada contract law and standard commercial construction risk-mitigation strategies.
• Complete proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and digital contract management workflows.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 3 or more years of formal office management or operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certificate, or Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Hands-on experience navigating Procore project management software or modern HRIS platforms.
• Bilingual verbal and written communication fluency in Spanish.
