Contract Administrator III

Requirements

• 5 years of experience relevant to this work
• A bachelor's degree, relevant field preferred (or 4 additional years of qualifying experience beyond the 5 in place of the degree)
• Working knowledge of standard contract terms and conditions for design, construction, and related services
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word, and Adobe Acrobat
• A reliable, responsive work ethic with the highest integrity, and the accuracy to hold up under audit
• The ability to track and report status accurately across several projects running at once

Qualifications

• Higher education capital improvement projects
• Knowledge of the California Public Contract Code and the California Community College Code
• Preferred knowledge of alternate project delivery methods such as Design-Build
• Preferred experience with Project management software such as Proliance or Trimble

Benefits

• Compensation: Salary range: $115,000 to $126,000 per year, based on experience
