About the Role
Align Communications is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support our Operations team for the Data Center Design, Procure, and Build line of business. This full-time, salaried position is based in our Plano office and follows a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
- Ensure all agreements align with project scope, budgets, and company standards
- Track contract lifecycle from pre-construction/estimating through closeout
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and subcontractors to resolve contract-related issues
- Maintain organized contract documentation and filing systems
- Assist with compliance documentation as needed
- Support dispute resolution and contract interpretation when required
- Ensure adherence to legal, insurance, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Experience in construction contract administration or related field
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (AIA forms preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore construction management software a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for a general contractor or construction management firm
- Familiarity with mission-critical, public, or large-scale commercial projects
