Responsibilities

  • Data Analytics – Pulls data from multiple systems, organizes it in Excel, and identifies data quality issues.
  • Leverages AI tools to enhance data mining and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintains and administers OEM contracts, implements related processes, and ensures 100% accuracy.
  • Communicates with customers, sales teams, and GS leadership to support sales activities and achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiates product/service contracts with external customers, develops pre-sales strategies, and coordinates with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensures accuracy in the purchase order booking process and manages timely accounts receivables collections.
  • Drives initiatives and programs forward by identifying strategic and tactical actions.
  • Works independently and collaboratively to determine methods and procedures that influence GS bookings and revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business with emphasis in one of these fields.
  • 8+ years of sales/finance experience in working with top customers.
  • Experience in communicating with customers, sales account teams, and GS leadership.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, within established timelines, and embrace new technologies.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of the technology industry and product lifecycle.
  • Understanding of the product portfolio and the ability to upsell customers.
  • Proven ability to work with minimal direction and maintain a high level of collaboration across geographically diverse teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High degree of honesty, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strength and interest in both numerical analytics and dense contractual verbiage.
  • Understanding of business intelligence toolset (Incorta, Oracle, quoting software tools).
  • Excellent time management skills and solution/results-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with the ability to identify and escalate issues in a timely manner and drive solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable with technical and business English usage (documents reading, e-mails, conference calls).

Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is USD 90,000.00 To USD 144,000.00.
