About the role

T1 Energy is seeking a proactive and analytical Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current workflows, systems, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and support cross-functional Kaizen events, root cause analyses, and process mapping sessions.
- Develop and implement Lean initiatives, 5S programs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with department leaders to align improvement efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes using KPIs and dashboards.
- Train and coach team members on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Support change management initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or manufacturing environments.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Visio, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.).
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or production scaling.
