Continuous Improvement Specialist

Duties And Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business or manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Lead Kaizen events, and Six Sigma initiatives from inception to implementation.
• Create and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as cost reduction, waste reduction, and productivity gains.
• Develop and update value stream maps to illustrate workflows, identify bottlenecks, and pinpoint non-value-added activities.
• Manage a project's entire lifecycle, from initial conception to project closure.
• Communicate complex information clearly and concisely through oral and written means.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required.
• Licenses/Certifications: Lean Six Sigma certification a must (Green Belt or higher preferred).
• Relevant work experience: 3-5 years.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Travel: Occasional travel to satellite locations may be required.
