Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate annual quality planning with company leadership
- Facilitate multiple CI teams
- Manage corporate performance metrics systems and processes
- Educate/coach Hixson associates on CI concepts, methods and tools
- Conduct ongoing research into CI best practices and trends
- Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement at all levels within and outside the firm
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant leadership experience in a Continuous Improvement or similar professional role
- Strong analytical skills; data collection and analysis experience preferred, including statistical significance testing (Chi Square, Anova, T-Test, etc.) using statistical analysis software (SPSS or similar)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Demonstrated ability to be self-reliant, a self-starter and manage time/priorities with minimal direction
