About the role

This role offers the opportunity to drive significant improvements and innovation, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our distribution center in Jackson, TN. As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will champion initiatives that incorporate Lean/Sigma tools to reduce waste and optimize operations.

  • Champion initiatives that incorporate Lean/Sigma tools (e.g., 5S, Six-Sigma, OEE) to reduce waste and optimize operations
  • Identify opportunities by analyzing current processes, conducting gap analyses, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a Lean-based program to enhance performance and foster an environment focused on customer value, quality, productivity, and safety
  • Evaluate and analyze the use of space and facilities, managing automated systems and collecting data for improvement initiatives
  • Implement standard work programs, plan and coordinate Kaizen events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or other related field
  • 7+ years related work experience plus 3-5 years of leadership experience in a distribution or manufacturing setting
  • Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of lean and project management tools
  • Experience with Automated Distribution Centers

Pay

The salary range for this position is $86,000.00 - $138,500.00 annually. The salary offered may vary depending on job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. The successful candidate may also be eligible for annual merit increases.
