Continuous Improvement Engineer (Process Owner)

About the role

A dedicated team member to support the development and maintenance of our internal tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems through automation and optimization efforts.
• Document code and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of database design and SQL.
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
