About the role
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for driving process improvements within the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Develop and implement new operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in continuous improvement roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Knowledge of automation systems and tools
- Experience with statistical process control

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
