Key Responsibilities

  • Drive complex CI initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Use advanced Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and streamline processes.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to operations and functional leaders on performance improvement opportunities.
  • Own project outcomes from scoping through execution, validation, and long-term sustainment.

Accelerate Business Performance Through Data & Insight

  • Analyze operational, financial, and process data to identify gaps and prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards that inform decision-making and highlight improvement areas.
  • Translate insights into actionable plans that directly influence site and regional priorities.

Build CI Capability & Influence Culture

  • Coach teams on problem-solving tools, Lean principles, and structured CI methodologies.
  • Raise CI maturity by developing talent and building organizational capability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational discipline.

Standardize and Scale Best Practices

  • Embed improvements into SOPs, work processes, and standards to ensure long-term sustainment.
  • Replicate proven solutions across sites, enabling broader business impact.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure systems and workflows support improved performance.

Engage and Influence Key Stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to align priorities and secure resources.
  • Facilitate clear, compelling communication of project results and recommendations.
  • Act as a change champion, influencing decision-makers and driving alignment around key initiatives.

Support Regional Initiatives

  • Although based at a site, travel may be required to support critical projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing or operations experience.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; strong demonstrated CI leadership required.
  • Track record of delivering measurable improvement in complex environments.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and driving organization-wide change.
