Essential Responsibilities And Metrics

  • Coverage of regular continuing education events
  • Research, communication, and scheduling of qualified speakers
  • Promotion of events and provision of IT support during events
  • Maintenance of records for audits, quality assurance, and compliance
  • Delivery of CEU materials and ensuring accessibility of recordings, slideshows, and other materials

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and client-centered consultation services
  • Keep detailed, confidential records of client sessions, progress, assessments, and treatment plans
  • Complete IMCANS (IATP) Assessment within 30 days of initial meeting with client, modify and review as needed, and update as needed
  • Enter all progress notes into the medical record within three business days of the date of service
  • Keep EMR calendar and other primary sources up-to-date
  • Coordinate care with other clinical staff, both internal and external providers
  • Attend and participate in clinical presentations and required meetings
  • Respond to outreach and coordination regarding client fees and payments
  • Participate in Accreditation and Certification processes, Committee Work, Strategic Planning, and Community Related Services as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Clinically related graduate degree (LCP/LCPC or LSW/LCSW)
  • Two years’ clinical experience
  • Three professional references reflecting ability to perform clinical work
  • In good standing with agency’s policies and procedures
  • No record of disciplinary action
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
