Essential Responsibilities And Metrics
- Coverage of regular continuing education events
- Research, communication, and scheduling of qualified speakers
- Promotion of events and provision of IT support during events
- Maintenance of records for audits, quality assurance, and compliance
- Delivery of CEU materials and ensuring accessibility of recordings, slideshows, and other materials
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and client-centered consultation services
- Keep detailed, confidential records of client sessions, progress, assessments, and treatment plans
- Complete IMCANS (IATP) Assessment within 30 days of initial meeting with client, modify and review as needed, and update as needed
- Enter all progress notes into the medical record within three business days of the date of service
- Keep EMR calendar and other primary sources up-to-date
- Coordinate care with other clinical staff, both internal and external providers
- Attend and participate in clinical presentations and required meetings
- Respond to outreach and coordination regarding client fees and payments
- Participate in Accreditation and Certification processes, Committee Work, Strategic Planning, and Community Related Services as appropriate
Qualifications
- Clinically related graduate degree (LCP/LCPC or LSW/LCSW)
- Two years’ clinical experience
- Three professional references reflecting ability to perform clinical work
- In good standing with agency’s policies and procedures
- No record of disciplinary action
- Strong communication skills and a team player
